How I work
I take a pluralistic, trauma-informed, anti-authoritarian approach. Different people need different kinds of support at different times, and therapy should honour that. Together, we follow what feels meaningful and helpful for you. Never a set path, never an agenda, and never an expectation to land in any particular belief or identity.
What can you expect from me
- A non-directive, collaborative therapeutic space
- Respect for your autonomy and pace
- Support without agenda or hidden expectations
- Curiosity instead of certainty
- A commitment to not recreating the dynamics you’re trying to heal from
- ND-affirming, queer-affirming, anti-oppressive

Who am I outside of therapy
Outside of therapy, I’m a dad, an avid reader, a boulderer and someone who finds joy in quiet places. I value humour, curiosity, and compassion, and I bring those qualities into my work when they are helpful.
