I used to be the most negative person I’ve ever met. Most people who didn’t know me 5 years ago laugh when I say that. They are even more surprised when I tell them I struggled with serious depression for over 10 years!
The good news is of course that this is history. One of the biggest keys to my turnaround was in the area of developing the habit of positivity. There is no such thing as “positive people” and “negative people”. Trust me I’ve been both. There are only people who choose to be positive and people who choose to be negative.

I’m back from the Middle East and after a great 4 days back home I’m out on the road again in England – I’m looking forward to seeing many of you this weekend!
